Job Summary:

Seeking experienced CVICU Registered Nurse to provide specialized care to cardiac surgery and critical care patients. The role involves covering CVICU and CCU units, with a focus on maintaining high standards of patient safety and recovery.

Responsibilities:

• 
  Administer advanced cardiac and critical care treatments to patients in the CVICU and CCU units.
  
  
• 
  Monitor patient vital signs, arrhythmias, and hemodynamic parameters continuously.
  
  
• 
  Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans.
  
  
• 
  Respond promptly to patient emergencies, providing life-saving interventions as needed.
  
  
• 
  Educate patients and families on post-care procedures and recovery processes.
  
  
• 
  Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress, interventions, and outcomes.
  
  

Qualifications:

• 
  Possess strong CVICU skills with Day 0 CVICU experience.
  
  
• 
  Hold a current Colorado RN license in good standing.
  
  
• 
  Have BLS and ACLS certifications through the American Heart Association.
  
  
• 
  Possess at least 3 years of RN Critical Care experience.
  
  
• 
  Demonstrate excellent clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
