This is a travel assignment in a critical care environment where you will float across all critical care floors, the ER, and additional units as needed. Key Responsibilities of the ICU RN for Float Pool

• Provide high-quality care across all critical care floors, ensuring best patient outcomes.
• Adapt to various unit requirements, including ER, MTC, Step-Down, and PACU.
• Utilize EPIC EMR system efficiently for patient documentation and care management.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive patient care.
• Manage and prioritize multiple patient assignments with professionalism and skill.

Requirements of the ICU RN for Float Pool

• BLS/ACLS certifications required.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar-sized facility.
• Proficiency with EPIC EMR system.
