Summary Part-time seasonal Brand Ambassador focused on delivering personalized, high-quality customer service to drive sales and represent the brand. The role supports store initiatives, uses company sales tools and technologies, and helps build client relationships while maintaining store standards. Responsibilities Drive daily sales by prioritizing customer needs and achieving sales goals Support and execute company and store initiatives and trainings Utilize company tools and technologies to assist customers and complete transactions Represent brand standards and deliver consistent customer experiences Engage in clienteling and networking to build a clientele Provide feedback to management on successes and opportunities Maintain sales floor standards and store presentationSupport alternative purchasing processes and digital product discovery Requirements Retail or similar industry experience preferred Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to stand, walk, move and operate register for extended periods Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and maneuver around the sales floor Willingness to work a flexible schedule including days, evenings and weekends Ability to build and maintain positive working relationships Comfort using technology for sales and client engagement #J-18808-Ljbffr
