Travel Outpatient Physical Therapist - $1,993 per week

Travel Physical Therapist – Loveland, Colorado Physical Therapist seeking a 13‑week assignment starting 05/25/2026, 8‑hour shifts, 40 hours per week, travel employment. Requirements Doctorate in Physical Therapy or Bachelor's in Physical Therapy, passed NPT exam. Graduated from an accredited program. Minimum one year of experience. Current state license as a Registered Physical Therapist (PT) or in the process of obtaining it. Current CPR certification. Responsibilities Assess referred patients requiring rehabilitation services, providing direct patient care. Document and record patient condition, educate patients and families on PT methods. Develop, administer, and modify treatment programs with specific goals based on patient capacity and tolerance. Set realistic and achievable goals for patients. Collaborate with all disciplines to plan and evaluate team goals for each patient. Document patient progress and update care plans as needed. Adhere to physician orders and agency policies.
