Job Description

Take your NICU expertise to a 13-week travel assignment in San Diego as a Registered Nurse supporting critically ill newborns in a high-acuity setting. This role is suited for an experienced Level 4 NICU nurse or a Level 3 nurse with strong surgical newborn experience. You will work with complex cases involving oscillators, conventional ventilators, CPAP, specialty gases, PICC lines, UAC, UVC and PAL lines, trachs, ostomies, G-tubes, and multiple-drip line changes, along with pre- and post-operative care.

Schedules may include 3x12 or 4x12 shifts, with days or nights assigned variably. Flexibility is essential: each published schedule keeps you on one shift, but the next schedule may switch you to the opposite shift. Weekend availability is required, and floating within scope to PICU, CVICU, NICU satellite campuses, and sister facilities may be part of the assignment. First-time travelers are welcome with qualifying Level 4 experience.
