Job Overview Janitorial associates ensure customers have a great first and last impression of our stores. They look after the cleanliness of the store from the parking lot to restrooms to the receiving area, maintaining a clean and safe environment. Compensation Hourly Wage: $16.5 - $29.5 per hour Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives. Premiums may be paid ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Premia may be based on schedule, facility, season, or work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.
