Responsibilities Providing an excellent guest experience Ensuring that great food is prepared & served Keeping our restaurants functional, clean and beautiful Controlling inventory Scheduling and supervising staff Being a team player Key Day‑to‑Day Responsibilities Cascading training to Sandwich Artists on existing and new responsibilities Scheduling and supervising staff Practicing inventory control standards Ensuring equipment is in proper working order during shift Completing paperwork as needed Benefits Brand partnership discounts Scholarship Opportunities Opportunity to earn University course credits Hands on career experience in a restaurant business

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Communication and organizational skills

PHYSICAL

Ability to work any area of the restaurant as needed and to operate computerized Point of Sale system/cash register. This position requires bending, standing and walking the entire workday. Must have the ability to lift 10 pounds frequently and up to 30 pounds occasionally. Training on roles and responsibilities will be provided.
