On Call

Medical Hematology/Oncology coverage for 2 OP at secondary clinics (no transplants), and 3 OP days per week at primary clinic. IP coverage of both sites; APP will cover for provider.

Shift Description: Medical Hem-Onc coverage for 2 OP at secondary clinics (no transplants), and 3 OP days per week at primary clinic. IP coverage of both sites; APP will cover for provider.

Mandated Job Requirements:

• Board Certified - REQUIRED (Board Certified in Medical Oncology is required. Board Certified in Hematology is preferred but not required)
• Fellowship trained in Medical Oncology/Hematology - REQUIRED
• IA License - NOT REQUIRED! Open to new licensing and IMLC candidates!
• Telehealth: Yes
• Number of Physicians: 3
• Number of advanced Practice Providers: 3
• Ancillary Staff per provider: 0.5 (scheduler, biller, CNA)
• Number of Exam rooms per provider: 2
• Medical Imaging: Yes
• Lab & Pharmacy: Yes
• Services/Procedures offered in the practice: Patient assessments, new treatment plans, ongoing treatment plans, changes in therapy, referral for ancillary services, end of life care, chemotherapy management, pain management... (radiation and surgical oncology management provided by existing providers with strong relationships)
• Clinic Provider daily volume: 10-30
• Appointment Length: 20 mins.
