Litigation Paralegal

We are seeking experienced Litigation Paralegals with a minimum of two years of hands-on experience in personal injury and/or workers' compensation. This role is ideal for detail-oriented, proactive professionals who thrive in fast-paced, high-volume environments and can independently manage casework from intake through resolution.

Responsibilities:

• Manage a full caseload of personal injury and/or workers' compensation matters from intake through settlement or trial
• Conduct client intake interviews and maintain consistent client communication
• Organize, maintain, and update case files and supporting documentation
• Draft and prepare legal documents including pleadings, discovery, correspondence, and demand packages
• Review, summarize, and analyze medical records and billing
• Coordinate and maintain attorney calendars, including hearings, depositions, and deadlines
• Communicate with clients, medical providers, courts, and third parties
• Assist attorneys with trial preparation, including exhibit preparation and case organization
• Utilize legal case management software to track and manage case progress
• Conduct legal and factual research as needed
• Ensure all work is handled with a high level of confidentiality, accuracy, and professionalism

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2+ years of experience as a Litigation Paralegal in personal injury and/or workers' compensation
• Strong knowledge of litigation processes, deadlines, and procedures
• Experience reviewing and organizing medical records
• Proficiency in drafting legal documents and discovery
• Excellent organizational, multitasking, and time management skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and legal management software
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a team-oriented environment
