Sr ISC Project Management Specialist As a Sr ISC Proj Mgmt Specialist at Honeywell, you will drive success of end‑to‑end supply chain initiatives. Your responsibilities include overseeing the entire project life cycle from meticulous planning and execution to vigilant monitoring. Collaboration with cross‑functional teams is integral to identifying and implementing process improvements across procurement, planning, logistics, and inventory management. Your analytical expertise will be key in dissecting supply chain data and metrics to uncover trends, risks, and optimization opportunities. You will develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets to ensure strict compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements. You will report directly to the Director of Operations and work out of the Tucson, AZ location on an on‑site schedule. Key Responsibilities Align supply chain projects with the overall organizational strategy, ensuring that project objectives contribute directly to broader business goals. Lead and manage end‑to‑end supply chain projects, overseeing planning, execution, and monitoring phases. Proactively identify and assess potential risks in supply chain projects, developing mitigation strategies to safeguard against disruptions and delays. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to identify process improvement opportunities within the supply chain. Implement best practices to enhance overall efficiency and effectiveness. Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success and impact of supply chain projects, regularly reporting on progress and making data‑driven recommendations for improvements. Explore and leverage emerging technologies to enhance supply chain processes, integrating digital solutions for improved visibility, automation, and efficiency. Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, timelines, and budgets. Ensure strict adherence to company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements throughout project execution. Maintain open and transparent communication channels with stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status, challenges, and successes. Qualifications Required 6+ years of experience in supply chain project management. Demonstrated experience in aftermarket business process/Functions. Strong knowledge of supply chain processes, including procurement, planning, logistics, and inventory management. Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and decision‑making skills. Expertise in analyzing supply chain data and metrics to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for optimization. Proficiency in developing and maintaining project plans, timelines, and budgets while ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements. Strong proficiency in Global Aftermarket SAP solution. Desired Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Proven track record of successfully leading and delivering complex supply chain projects. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly. Ability to work effectively in a cross‑functional and global team environment. Strong project management skills; PMP certification preferred. Ability to drive change and inspire teams toward common objectives. Proactive approach to identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes. Commitment to fostering a culture of continuous improvement within the supply‑chain function. Proven ability to solve complex problems related to supply chain management.
