Registered Nurse (RN) - New Graduate - $33-71 per hour

New Graduate Registered Nurse – Behavioral Health Tenet Massachusetts is hiring a New Graduate Registered Nurse for the Leonard Morse Hospital in Natick, Massachusetts. The position is an ongoing staff assignment providing 36 hours of care per week on a 12‑hour day shift. Job Responsibilities Provide safe and competent patient care as part of a multidisciplinary team. Assess, plan, and implement direct nursing care for assigned patients. Supervise staff and delegate nursing care appropriately. Collaborate with Psychiatry, Medical NPs, RNs, Social Workers, Mental Health Counselors, and Human Rights Officers to support patient safety and stability. Eligibility & Qualifications Education: Graduation from a state‑approved school of nursing or an accredited school, or enrollment with a graduation date within the next 12 months. Externships are available for students not yet graduated. Certification: Licensed, certified, or registered to practice nursing as required by law, and CPR certified. Onboarding Successful completion of a background check and pre‑employment health screening, including a drug screen, is required.
