Advisory Services Analyst, Consultant Development Program - Hybrid, Eden Prairie, MN (2368104) Program Overview The Consultant Development Program (CDP) is an Early Careers program for recent graduates who are interested in developing and deploying problem‑solving and presentation skills with health care clients. The program sits within Optum Advisory and allows early career professionals to experience a diversity of health care clients through a variety of engagements, while receiving mentorship and formal training in key consulting competencies. Program completion typically takes 1.5–2.5 years and includes alignment into the Provider Technology Consulting practice. Location & Schedule Full‑time position located in Eden Prairie, MN, available starting in August 2026. The role follows a hybrid schedule with four in‑office days per week. Relocation is not offered, and the position does not currently provide visa sponsorship. Primary Responsibilities Enable strategic business transformation through technology, process improvement, and innovation for complex client problems. Conduct research and stakeholder interviews, including collecting, analyzing, trending, and presenting data and recommendations. Navigate client‑facing interactions, presentations, and relationship building in project delivery, social situations, change management, and ambiguous scenarios. Promote project success with requirements analysis, presentation creation, and project‑management duties, including meeting management, project planning, and budget support. Document client requirements through clear, concise, and effective written and oral communication. Perform analysis for business process re‑engineering opportunities and define, develop, and document before‑ and after‑process flows. Participate in assessment, project sizing, market analysis, and scope evaluation of potential project deliverables. Execute technical configuration, testing, optimization efforts, and upgrades within the EHR to support client workflow needs. Effectively resolve tickets and complex issues individually and as part of a team. Grow subject‑matter expertise in areas of interest, including Epic certification(s), and attend and complete required training and exams. Maintain Epic certification(s) and complete required new‑version training/learning continuously. Participate in organizational compliance, best practices, and continuous improvement initiatives. Example Projects Support an enterprise EHR implementation via workflow design, system configuration, testing, training, and go‑live support. Conduct a technology assessment and develop an implementation plan for a provider organization. Build a go‑to‑market strategy and business case to bring a new product or service to market, using complex data to derive opportunity analysis. Create and execute an acquisition strategy of a medical group or provider organization, guiding the organization through the acquisition process. Conduct change‑management assessments and stakeholder engagements to ensure adoption of recommendations within a multi‑faceted project. Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree earned within the past 24 months from an accredited college or university; coursework must be completed prior to the employment start date. Epic certifications or willingness to obtain them after the start date. Business acumen and basic data analysis experience. Ability to travel up to 50% for the Consultant Development Program, dependent on project needs and location. Ability to work a hybrid role (one day remote, four days in office) at the Eden Prairie office. Preferred Qualifications

1+ years of full‑time professional work experience. Benefits & Compensation Pay is based on factors such as local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, and more. Salary ranges from $60,200 to $107,400 annually for full‑time employment.
