Utility Business AnalystLocation: Phoenix, AZ – Hybrid FTE & Contract bothSuccessful candidate will have the ability to:Drive effective collaboration between business and technology teams.Deliver high-quality requirements and process documentation.Improve operational efficiency through process optimization.Support successful implementation of utility transformation initiatives.Ensure projects meet business objectives, timelines, and quality expectations.Required QualificationsBachelor’s degree in business administration, Information Systems, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.7+ years of Business Analyst experience.3+ years of experience supporting utility industry programs.Excellent verbal and written communicationStrong understanding of SDLC, Agile, and Waterfall delivery methodologies.Experience writing user stories, acceptance criteria, use cases, and functional specifications.Experience in UAT planning and execution, Data analysis and reporting, Change management support, Stakeholder engagementExpertise in process mapping tools such as Visio, Lucid chart, or similar.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.Experience facilitating workshops with business and executive stakeholders.Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence, and SharePoint.
