Day in the Life:

• Oversee daily front-of-house food and beverage operations, ensuring a seamless and elevated guest experience
• Provide highly personalized service tailored to member preferences and expectations
• Collaborate closely with the culinary team to maintain food quality and adapt to operational challenges
• Coordinate logistics across dining, lodging, and golf operations to support a cohesive guest journey
• Manage guest requests including dietary restrictions, special occasions, and unique service needs
• Support and execute member events, including dining experiences, activities, and transportation coordination
• Act as a primary point of contact for member inquiries, ensuring consistency and satisfaction
• Assist with broader property operations as needed, including event setup, housekeeping support, or development projects
• Lead by example in a hands-on role, contributing to both service execution and team culture
• Help build systems and processes that support a growing and evolving hospitality environment

Requirements:

• 2-3 years of experience in food and beverage or hospitality management (golf, resort, private club, or upscale dining preferred)
• Ability to thrive in a remote, team-oriented environment with a hands-on approach
• Strong leadership, organizational, and multitasking skills
• Exceptional communication and guest service abilities with strong attention to detail
• Adaptability and willingness to take on diverse responsibilities in a developing operation
• Creative problem-solving skills, especially in environments with limited infrastructure
• Passion for hospitality, golf, and outdoor experiences
• Comfort working flexible schedules, including weekends and evenings
