Wraparound Facilitator

Description As a Wraparound Facilitator in the WRAP department you will provide education and assistance in navigating the child‑serving systems (child welfare, education, behavioral/mental health, juvenile justice, school, primary care, etc.). A typical day includes supporting others working with the youth to understand youth culture, assisting the youth to understand and express their needs, goals and decisions, role‑model effective behavior, showing healthy relationships, positive responses to stress and conflict, and demonstrating positive social skills. What will you do as a Wraparound Facilitator? Provide education and assistance in navigating child‑serving systems. Support others working with youth in understanding youth culture. What does this position offer? Starting pay range: $19.00–$21 per hour. Full‑time benefits. 3 weeks paid time off (PTO) first year plus 10 paid holidays. Minimum of 2 years of relevant professional experience. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, excellent written and oral communication skills. Must be a Qualified Professional in NC. Valid driver’s license and meet any credentialing, licensing and privileging standards pertinent to the department. Must pass drug screening and an extensive background check. Position requires mobility in the counties served (Mecklenburg, Stanly, Union, and Cabarrus counties), remote work, and occasional commute to office.
