Job Duties Answer incoming calls from existing and prospective customers with professionalism and enthusiasm. Provide exceptional customer support while identifying opportunities for product recommendations and upselling based on customer needs. Verify and update customer account information accurately. Process and enter customer orders with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail. Review order details with customers to ensure complete and correct information. Submit orders for processing and coordinate with fulfillment teams. Send order confirmations via email and other communication channels. Follow up on pending, incomplete, or on-hold orders to maintain customer satisfaction. Maintain organized records of customer interactions and order activity.
