Maintenance Supervisor

Description Maintenance Supervisor Tuscan Gardens of Venetia Bay is seeking a dedicated and experienced Maintenance Supervisor to oversee the maintenance operations of our beautiful property in Venice Beach, Florida. Join our team and contribute to creating a welcoming, well-maintained environment for our residents and staff. Key Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate daily maintenance activities across the property, including repairs, preventive maintenance, and landscaping. Lead and train maintenance staff to ensure high standards of service and safety. Conduct regular inspections of the property to identify and address maintenance issues promptly. Manage maintenance schedules, inventory, and procurement of supplies and equipment. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies. Respond to resident maintenance requests in a timely and professional manner. Collaborate with management to plan and execute property improvements and renovations. Skills and Qualifications Proven experience in property maintenance, facilities management, or a related field. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent problem‑solving and organizational abilities. Knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general maintenance techniques. Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities effectively. Good communication skills and a customer‑focused attitude.
