What We Provide Company vehicle — fully equipped service truck Tablet — for documentation, communication, and job management Training and coaching — ongoing development to sharpen diagnostics and customer communication Rotational on-call schedule — organized and designed so you can still have a life outside work What You Will Do You will serve residential customers by maintaining, diagnosing, and repairing heating and air conditioning systems — while delivering a professional experience that earns repeat business and 5-star reviews. Your core responsibilities include: Perform residential HVAC maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs with quality-first workmanship Protect customers' homes — shoe covers, drop cloths, clean work areas — and leave the home better than you found it Clearly explain what you are doing and why — earning trust through transparency and education Re-check system operation after every service or repair before leaving (fix it right the first time) Accurately document findings and outcomes in the system before leaving the home Maintain a clean, organized truck and ensure tools and inventory are ready daily Follow safety procedures both on the road and in customers' homes Coordinate with your Service Manager on higher-risk systems and follow-up scheduling Who Thrives Here We are very clear about expectations because that is how great teams operate. Compensation structures can include hourly, salary, or performance-based pay , depending on what makes the most sense for the technician and the role.
