As a Security Officer Unarmed in Bennettsville, SC , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Food/Beverage, and more. Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a busy food and beverage location, where you will conduct routine patrols, remain visible to help to deter security-related incidents, and support a welcoming atmosphere through strong customer service and communication. In this role, you will reflect our agile, reliable, and innovative approach, work with teamwork and integrity, and contribute to a people-first culture every day.

Position Type: Full Time

Pay Rate: $15.00 / Hour

Job Schedule:

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to site personnel, visitors, and/or drivers by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or unusual situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and document observations according to site protocols.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout production, warehouse, shipping and receiving, parking, and perimeter areas to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential concerns.
• Monitor access points and verify entry and exit activity for employees, contractors, and/or deliveries in accordance with location guidelines.
• Support a clean and orderly working environment by reporting hazards, maintenance issues, and/or policy concerns to the appropriate contacts.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
