The ideal candidate will assist with daily health care needs for our clients and work collaboratively with our medical staff. Documentation: Maintain accurate and confidential medical records for each client, documenting any changes in health status. Medication Management: Help administer medications as directed and ensure proper documentation of medication schedules. Administrative duties: Scheduling appointments and answering phone calls directed to medical team.
