Civil Engineer

ClotfelterSamokar Architects is one of Kentucky's leading architectural design firms focused on elementary, secondary, and higher education. We are seeking an experienced Civil Engineer who can work independently or as part of a team, has experience working on multiple projects at the same time, utilizes Autodesk AutoCAD and Civil 3D proficiently and is willing to help our firm exceed clients' expectations. The Civil Engineer will work with landscape architects, project managers and architects throughout the design process and are key in the production of drawings and details from schematic design through construction documents Qualifications Civil Engineering Degree Licensed or ability to be licensed in the State of Kentucky. Minimum 1 year of in-office work experience post licensure. Proficient with Civil 3D and AutoCad for detailing & drawing production. Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills. Ability to produce construction drawings/details that convey the design. Ability to establish office standards as they relate to Civil 3D for detailing and drawing production.
