Respiratory Therapist
Encompass Health
As a Respiratory Therapist at Encompass Health, you will deliver evidence-based respiratory care to patients recovering from major illnesses and injuries in an inpatient rehabilitation setting. You will assess respiratory status, implement physician-ordered treatments, manage oxygen therapy and ventilatory support, and perform diagnostic testing. Working within an interdisciplinary team, you will educate patients and families, contribute to care planning, ensure regulatory and safety compliance, and support quality improvement while growing your clinical skills in a collaborative, patient-centered environment.
