Joint Relief Therapy Services is in search of a dedicated and experienced Physical Therapist to enhance our orthopedic outpatient team in Tonopah, Nevada. This full-time role involves providing individualized, evidence-based therapy to assist patients in their recovery from orthopedic injuries, post-surgical rehabilitation, and a variety of musculoskeletal conditions. Work Environment

This position is based onsite at our state-of-the-art rehabilitation center, which is equipped with modern therapeutic equipment and resources to facilitate effective patient care. Working hours are scheduled from Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM, allowing for a structured work environment that promotes work-life balance. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations to identify functional impairments and develop individualized treatment plans that align with best practices.
• Implement evidence-based therapy techniques that include manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and functional training designed to restore mobility and alleviate pain.
• Provide focused one-on-one patient care, treating up to two patients per hour without the assistance of techs or aides, ensuring that each individual receives quality attention.
• Continuously monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as necessary, utilizing feedback and assessment tools to optimize outcomes.
• Collaborate with physicians, specialists, and other healthcare professionals to deliver holistic, coordinated care that addresses all aspects of a patient's rehabilitation.
• Engage in a structured mentorship program led by a fellowship-trained therapist to enhance clinical skills and promote professional growth.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our patient population primarily consists of individuals recovering from orthopedic surgeries, athletic injuries, and chronic musculoskeletal conditions. As a Physical Therapist at Joint Relief Therapy Services, you will play a critical role in improving the functional capacity of patients of all ages, guiding them through tailored rehabilitation protocols that align with their personal goals and lifestyles.

Qualifications

• A Master's Degree (MPT) or Doctorate (DPT) in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution is required.
• An active Physical Therapy license in Nevada is mandatory for this position.
• Demonstrated proficiency in manual therapy techniques and a solid understanding of rehabilitation protocols.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with an emphasis on patient education and rapport-building.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment, collaborating with interdisciplinary staff.

Preferred Experience

• 1-2 years of clinical experience in an outpatient orthopedic or rehabilitation setting is highly preferred.

Compensation and Benefits
