This is a great opportunity to link your career with an established international company.Job ResponsibilitiesAs a Tier I level Service Desk Specialist, you will be expected to install, configure and maintain various computer systems, printers, applications, and network equipment.Additional responsibilities for this position include:Provide technical support and problem resolution for end usersKeep current with development of new system features and technologyWorks an office schedule and is expected to work outside of normal working hours to prevent network service interruptionPerform other duties as assigned, including manual labor, such as staging materials, packing, inventory and deliveryJob RequirementsTo be successful in this type of position, we need team players who bring a positive attitude to the workplace and enjoy being around and working with others.
