Asset Management Specialist

Supporting the servicing and draw management of a loan portfolio, the full-time remote Asset Management Specialist will manage construction draws, monitor loan performance, and coordinate communication with borrowers and servicers. Key Responsibilities: Process and review construction draw requests, ensuring compliance with company policy Monitor loan portfolio for past due payments and proactively follow up with borrowers Serve as the primary point of contact for borrower communication related to draws and loan status Required Qualifications: 1-3+ years of experience in loan servicing, asset management, or mortgage operations Familiarity with construction draw processes and loan servicing workflows Proficiency in Excel and CRM/loan servicing platforms, with HubSpot experience preferred Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple loans and deadlines simultaneously Self-starter capable of working independently and identifying issues proactively
