Your future role at a glance Location: Central Indiana Facility: Ascension St. Vincent Department/Specialty: Various Units Available Schedule: Days or Nights | Full-time or Part-time #NextGenHealthcare How you'll make an impact in this role Collaborates with mentors and educators during the first year of practice to evolve from a student mindset into a high-functioning professional nurse. Completes all structured learning requirements—including simulations and skills labs—to successfully transition into a professional role. Participates in residency seminars designed to enhance professional development while effectively managing clinical scheduling and department commitments. What minimum qualifications you'll need Licensure / Certification / Registration: BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted. Registered Nurse credentialed from the Indiana Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required. Education: Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing OR Required professional licensure at time of hire required.
