Lucid Motors is seeking a strategic and creative Senior Manager of Social Media to lead the company’s global organic social media presence. This role is responsible for shaping how Lucid’s brand appears across social platforms through premium storytelling, innovative content, and integrated campaigns that strengthen brand perception, engage customers throughout their ownership journey, encourage ownership and answer questions all to support key business objectives.

The ideal candidate is a player-coach who can operate at multiple altitudes, balancing strategic leadership with hands‑on execution. They are equally comfortable shaping long‑term social strategy, influencing creative direction, leading cross‑functional initiatives, analyzing performance, and supporting content development and channel operations when needed.

• Own and evolve Lucid's organic social media strategy across key platforms, including Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, X, Threads, LinkedIn, and emerging channels.
