Title: Patient Access & Order Coordinator (Medical Equipment)

Mid-Cities Medical | Grand Prairie, TX | Starting at $17.75/HR

We're looking for someone with hands-on experience as a Medical Scheduler, Medical Admissions Clerk, Benefits Verification Specialist, or Patient Registrar — ideally 2-4 years in one of these roles. If that's your background, here's what the day-to-day looks like at Mid-Cities Medical, a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business delivering ventilators, oxygen equipment, and supplies to Veterans across TX, AZ, and Southern California.

This is a fast-paced administrative role — not a direct patient care position.

What You'll Do

• Process 100+ order entries per day
• Manage high-volume inbound/outbound calls with patients, families, and providers
• Verify insurance and coordinate benefits documentation
• Maintain and audit patient records for accuracy
• Coordinate with VA offices to resolve outstanding issues
• Run daily route/order reports

What We're Looking For

• 2+ years in medical scheduling, admissions, benefits verification, or patient registration
• Brightree or Apacheta experience preferred (or similar EMR/order software)
• Strong data entry (10-key, 35+ WPM) and high call-volume experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
