This role requires strong expertise in financial crime compliance, data analytics, and project leadershipEngagement DeliveryLead and execute multiple AML-related client engagements, including:Model validation (Transaction Monitoring, Sanctions Screening, Customer Risk Rating)Model tuning and optimizationSystem implementations for AML platformsData reconciliation, lineage tracing, and data quality assessmentsAML program reviews, including policy evaluation, risk assessments, and gap analysesProject & Team ManagementOversee day-to-day execution of complex projectsManage and mentor teams ranging from 2 to 20 membersStructure workflows and assign responsibilities to meet deliverables aligned with SOWsEnsure timely, on-budget delivery of projectsEngage and communicate regularly with senior client stakeholdersCore CapabilitiesAdvanced SQL proficiency; strong command of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); Python is a plusStrong understanding of BSA/AML regulations and financial crime frameworksExcellent project management and organizational skillsStrong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilitiesEffective communication and interpersonal skillsTechnical & Analytical SkillsAbility to extract and analyze data from multiple systemsExperience in handling and normalizing both structured and unstructured datasetsProficiency in building and analyzing large datasets using SQL (Python is an advantage)Hands-on experience in:Data Quality testingData Lineage analysisData Reconciliation (source-to-target validation)Ability to interpret analytical results, identify patterns, and derive actionable insightsCapability to clearly articulate findings and their impact on AML frameworks through presentations and reportsQualificationsMinimum 7 years of consulting experienceAt least 4 years in financial crime compliance (AML, fraud, sanctions, anti-corruption, etc.)Minimum 3 years of team management experienceMBA preferred (not required)CAMS certification strongly preferredThe base compensation range for this role in the posted location is: $75716 to $132762 / per annum.Capgemini provides compensation range information in accordance with applicable national, state, provincial, and local pay transparency laws.
