Junior Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations DeveloperThe Junior Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations Developer is responsible for supporting the development, maintenance, and continuous improvement of LONG Building Technologies’ enterprise resource planning systems, including Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations. This role partners business users and technical teams to troubleshoot application issues, develop test system enhancements, support reporting solutions, and maintain critical business applications. The position contributes to reliable system performance and effective business operations through technical development, documentation, testing, deployment support, and adherence to established software development practices.Pay Range: $70,000 - $90,000 annually, plus potential profit share.Medical, Dental and Vision Insurance, Voluntary Life Insurance, Voluntary Accident and Critical Care Insurance, Basic Life, Short-Term and Long-Term Disability, Employee Assistance Program (EAP), 401(k) with Employer Matching contributions, Profit Sharing/Bonus/Commission Program as applicable, Paid Time Off, Paid Community Service Day, 8 Paid holidays, Tuition Reimbursement, Pet Insurance, Legal and IDShield are offered to eligible employees.Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesAssist with the development, testing, deployment, and maintenance of customizations within Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O).Troubleshoot application issues and support end users in diagnosing and resolving system-related issues.Develop and maintain forms, data structures, reports and other application objects using D365 F&O development tools, Visual Studio, SSRS, and SQL.Participate in requirements gathering, solution design discussions, and documentation of business and technical processes.Perform unit testing and support user acceptance testing for system enhancements and defect resolution.Assist with application deployments, code promotions, and source control activities using Azure DevOps.Learn and support LONG business processes including finance, purchasing, inventory, project management, sales, and service operations.Stay current on Microsoft technologies, ERP best practices, and software development trends.Other duties as assigned.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or related field; or equivalent combination of education and experience.0-3 years of software development, application support, or ERP-related experience.Basic understanding of object-oriented programming concepts.Experience with SQL and relational databases.Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.Effective written and verbal communication skills.Ability to work collaboratively with technical and business teams.Preferred QualificationsExperience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations or Dynamics AX.Experience with C#, X++, .NET, SQL Server, or similar technologies.Familiarity with source control and software development lifecycle practices.Experience supporting business applications or enterprise software.Physical RequirementsThis position may involve sitting for extended periods, lifting, bending, and kneeling.This position may require lifting to 25 lbs. from floor to countertop and countertop to floor.EnvironmentIndoor, office environmentWork Arrangement: Hybrid.
