With our new office in Syracuse, we are currently looking to expand our team of customer focused installers.Job OverviewResponsible for the installation of heating and cooling systems (Furnaces, Boilers, Heat Pumps, Heating Ventilation and Air Conditioning, etc.) in accordance with company standards while providing excellent customer service.ResponsibilitiesInstall new heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems as well as related accessories deemed necessary by company, safety, and manufacturer's specificationsEnsure complete protection of customer's property during installation or service of productRemove old equipment from the customer's home and clean up all areas utilizedFoster good customer relations by explaining the work performed, providing technical support and making sure they are happy with the job that has been donePerform other duties as required to enhance departmental productivityRequirementsValid driver's license requiredHigh school diploma or equivalent required (relevant degree preferred)2-4 years industry experience or equivalent HVAC schoolingStrong understanding of HVAC systems and how to install themSolid experience with hand and power tools, as well as an overall mechanical aptitudeAbility to read and understand wiring diagram and system literatureCapable of lifting or carrying up to 75 lbsMust be able to work well independently and in a teamAbility to communicate clearly and effectively, in speech and writing, with customers, staff, managers, supervisors, contractors and clientsBenefitsMedical Insurance & HSA401(k) with company match up to 4%Paid Time Off / 6 Paid HolidaysCompany Paid LTD and Life InsuranceVacation reimbursement
