Supply Chain Analyst IV

We re looking for a hands-on Supply Chain Analyst to help keep consumer electronics programs running smoothly, from supply planning and purchase order execution to shipment tracking and daily allocation. This is a highly tactical, operational role where priorities can shift quickly, and success depends on staying ahead of issues, solving problems fast, and turning plans into action.

You ll partner closely with supply planners to balance supply and demand, protect product availability, and ensure clean, consistent execution across the end-to-end supply chain. Responsibilities:

• Balance supply against demand across programs and channels; update total supply allocation daily based on inbound freight actuals and the supply projection model.
• Execute weekly purchase order release and troubleshoot order and commit issues on a timely basis.
• Support the ex-factory and supply commit processes with contract manufacturing sites.
• Review inbound freight to confirm receipt of supply at each DC; track shipments end to end and drive resolution of discrepancies.
• Upload allocation information and factory commits into Oracle Fusion on a scheduled basis.
• Support the weekly tactical S&OP process by preparing data and inputs for cross-functional teams.
• Help create and maintain inventory plans for finished goods across regional DCs.
• Build and maintain dashboards and ad hoc reporting; track supply chain KPIs for the portfolio.
• Identify supply issues and support communication, escalation, and coordination of resolution.
• Build strong working relationships with XFN partners: supply planners, freight, procurement, CE, and contract manufacturing.
• Document and help streamline existing processes.

Required Skills:

• Direct supply chain planning experience, hands-on in tactical and operational work: PO execution, shipment tracking, ex-factory and commit support.
• Demonstrated ability to balance supply and demand across multiple programs at once.
• Excellent with spreadsheets in general, including expert-level Excel and Google Sheets (large datasets, pivots, lookups, no hand-holding).
• Systems experience with o9 and Oracle Fusion; understanding of ERP planning, order management, allocation, and fulfillment.
• Dashboard and ad hoc reporting experience; Tableau or similar BI tools a plus.
• Experience using AI tools and incorporating them into analysis and reporting workflows.
• Strong troubleshooting and discrepancy-resolution ability.
• Process-driven and detail-oriented; able to multitask and hold quality under shifting priorities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ownership mindset with the ability to see tasks through to completion.
• Independent self-starter who can operate with minimal direction.

Preferred:

• Consumer electronics industry experience, ideally AR/VR.
• Experience coordinating with contract manufacturers and 3PL warehouses.
