Registered Nurse - ICU

Job Summary:

Provides specialized nursing care in the ICU setting, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, patient-centered treatment. Oversees patient care activities, collaborates with interdisciplinary teams, and monitors critical health status to promote optimal outcomes.

Responsibilities:

• 
  Assess and analyze patient conditions to develop individualized care plans.
  
  
• 
  Implement evidence-based interventions and coordinate multidisciplinary care.
  
  
• 
  Monitor vital signs and respond promptly to emergency situations.
  
  
• 
  Educate patients and their families about treatment plans and health management.
  
  
• 
  Supervise and delegate tasks to nursing staff while ensuring adherence to standards.
  
  
• 
  Document patient information accurately and maintain compliance with hospital protocols.
  
  

Qualifications:

• 
  Hold a valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice.
  
  
• 
  Demonstrate current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
  
  
• 
  Possess at least two years of recent ICU or acute care experience.
  
  
• 
  Obtain and maintain cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) and advanced certifications such as ACLS and PALS.
  
  
• 
  Exhibit strong critical thinking, clinical judgment, and communication skills.
  
  
• 
  Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
