Senior IAM Analyst

Description Handle day to day tickets, and serve as escalation expert for tickets from IAM and technical partner teams Provide end user support Write customer facing documentation and job aids Perform integration testing for new features and version upgrades Facilitate role based analysis for customers Lead and participate in IAM integration projects Participate in enterprise initiatives and workgroups representing IAM program Provide coordination and leadership for technical partner teams Advise on or write IAM-related policies and standards Provide coverage when team members are on PTO or otherwise not available Lead and participate in data Integrity cleanup including duplicate names, missing approvers and so on Facilitate RBAC analysis for Epic project prioritizing nurses and credentialed providers Participate in an identity IQ/Epic integration project Write new identityIQ reports including transition from I am tools into IdentityIQ Review and enhance end user documentationSkillsIdentity access management, Active directory, sailpoint identityiq, RBAC, sailpoint, peoplesoft, Epic, Azure, Information securityTop Skills DetailsIdentity access management,Active directory,sailpoint identityiq,RBACAdditional Skills & Qualifications3-4+ years within IAM role, preferred sr or leadBachelors a plusExperience with provisioning and identity management including SailPoint IdentityIQExcellent verbal and written communication skillsAble to set personal priorities and goals independentlyStrong independent analysis and problem solving ability, and ability to rapidly learn and understand new technologies and applicationsBasic project management understandingStrong enterprise IT knowledge including major applications, use of ticketing systems, basis of change management and so onFamiliarity with ERP systems such as PeopleSoftKnowledge of Active DirectoryHealthcare industry knowledge a plusExperience with Epic healthcare a plusProgramming and web development skills a plusExperience LevelExpert LevelWork LocationRemote; but might have to report to Columbia, MD(where office is) if neededJob Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Columbia, MD.Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $50.00 - $64.00/hr.
