The Department of Water Resources (DWR) Talent Management Branch is currently recruiting for a part - time Recruitment and Workforce Planning (RWP) Analyst in our Sacramento Headquarters.

In this role, you will be working with our team of recruitment and workforce planning experts to initiate and/or recommend changes that promote innovative solutions to meet internal and external customer needs. As a departmental liaison with external contacts, you will also be projecting the Department’s image in recruitment events and addressing the Department’s recruitment and workforce needs.

As a permanent-intermittent position, the incumbent may not exceed working 1,500 hours in a calendar year. Permanent-intermittent (PI) employees are eligible to receive benefits after meeting the required work hour criteria and do receive holiday pay on a pro-rated basis.

The desired candidate has experience with human resource, developing and delivering presentations or trainings, state hiring process, outreach, records management, analytical, research, data collection, writing, and Microsoft office suite, and has the ability to multi-task, maintain accurate records, complete assignments on short notice, and works well with others.
