Maintenance Technician - 2nd shift

Job Summary We are looking for an experienced maintenance technician to work our 2nd shift (Monday‑Friday 3:00pm‑11:00pm) at the Ladysmith, WI facility, supporting multiple departments. The technician will report to the maintenance supervisor. Skills & Experience Read and understand written instructions, schematics, blueprints, drawings, and rough sketches. Use a computer to log and find job‑related information. Operate manual tools, power tools, and machinery, and work with electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, mechanical, and control systems. Knowledge of plastic injection‑molding machines and PLCs. Familiarity with three‑phase power up to 480V. Perform equipment general preventive maintenance and calibration. Responsibilities Maintain and repair the facility’s structure, equipment, and grounds, including plumbing, electrical, and HVAC. Perform skilled trades work such as carpentry or painting during construction, repair, or alteration of structures, walls, roofs, or office fixtures. Work with manufacturing or process engineering to install or repair building plumbing and wiring required for the production process. Conduct periodic or special inspections of the premises to determine necessary repair work. Use blueprints, drawings, or rough sketches to execute tasks. Essential Requirements High school diploma or GED, or at least three (3) years of related work experience. Legal authorization to work in the United States.
