Day to day, you'll
- Answer phones
- Greeting Clients in personalized, friendly, and welcoming manner.
- Scheduling Clients how they would like to be scheduled
- Handling client exits by ensuring all current and future needs are met.
- M aintaining office cleanliness, and organizing/filing paperwork
- other duties as assigned
