Elk Grove Power Sports is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive growth in the Elk Grove, CA area. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the Motorcycle industry and a proven track record in sales leadership.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company targets.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to maximize performance and meet customer needs.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Analyze sales data and market trends to identify new opportunities.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless customer experiences.
- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for senior management.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar sales leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of sales principles and customer service practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lead and develop a high-performing sales team.
- Familiarity with the Motorcycle industry is a plus.
- Proficiency with CRM software and MS Office.
