Our company is part of the community and driven to improve our future and protect our freedom.Job ResponsibilitiesLeading or participating in multi-discipline hardware teams through the engineering design, development, build, and test of productPerforming mechanical modeling, analyses, prototyping, build/assembly, as well as environmental testing to ensure design requirements are achievedDeveloping test equipment and solutions necessary for production environmentsApplying your expertise, decision making skills, and engineering judgment to progress technical designsImplementing hardware design processes and driving design review activities to ensure program successGenerating and reviewing the technical content of test procedures, drawings, engineering specifications, reports, Change Orders, and other documentationCommunicating essential information and coordinating with other engineering disciplines, Procurement, Operations, and Program ManagementSupporting Root Cause and Corrective Action activitiesInterfacing with customers and suppliers as required to communicate technical informationWorking in engineering labs in support of build, test, and verification effortsDeveloping or supporting program schedules, earned value criteria, and productivity metrics for efficient performanceSupporting program capture and proposal teams with hardware baselines that include development and cost/scheduling estimatingMentoring and sharing knowledge with colleaguesRequired Education, Experience, & SkillsAbility to obtain a Secret ClearanceBachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or related field, and a minimum of 4 years related work experience or equivalent experiencePreferred Education, Experience, & SkillsPrevious EO/IR ExperienceExperience in RF/Electronic Warfare ProductsPay Information Full-Time Salary Range: $97008 - $164914 Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
