HVAC Sales Technician

Summers Plumbing Heating & Cooling, based in Wabash, IN, has been a trusted provider of residential plumbing, heating, and air conditioning services since 1969. We are seeking a personable and motivated full-time HVAC Sales Technician to join our team. Responsibilities Engage with residential customers to assess their HVAC needs and recommend appropriate solutions Perform on-site assessments and basic service of residential HVAC equipment as needed Clearly explain product options and benefits to customers in an accessible manner Process sales agreements and related paperwork accurately Coordinate job scheduling and payment with customers Generate and follow up on leads, both company-provided and self-generated, to drive business growth Participate in on-call rotation as required Maintain a professional appearance and represent the company positively at all times Qualifications Understanding of residential HVAC system operation Ability to troubleshoot and communicate basic error codes At least 1 year of prior field experience in HVAC or a related field Strong communication and interpersonal skills Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and able to build strong customer relationships Ability to explain technical information in clear, layman's terms Professional demeanor and positive attitude Compensation $70,000 – $125,000+ per year , with uncapped incentives and spiffs. Compensation is based on experience and performance.
