This is a great position for a newly licensed Master’s level clinician; we will provide you with supervision for independent licensure. The In Home Behavioral Therapist (IHBS) will provide structured, consistent, strength‑based therapeutic interventions in a client’s home for the purpose of treating a youth’s behavioral needs. IHBS therapists support caregivers to better understand their children’s needs by exploring patterns of behavior and improving communication. Bilingual Opportunities! Full Time or FFS hours! Qualifications Master’s degree in counseling, psychology, social work, special education, or a related CBHI approved degree program Minimum 1 year of experience working with children, youth, and families in a home or community setting highly desirable Experience working with children diagnosed with behavioral‑emotional disorders preferred Experience working with children on the autism spectrum desirable Valid driver’s license with reliable and consistent access to a vehicle Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment visa at this time Access to a laptop or CPS, high speed secure internet, and a phone required for FFS positions Access to high speed secure internet required for Full Time positions Benefits Summer Fun Fridays!
