Robot Technician

 

The Robot Service Technician is responsible for responding to service calls at the direction of the Lead Robot Technician. We are looking for someone who is eager to expand their knowledge of the dairy industry by learning to troubleshoot and repair malfunctioning dairy equipment to the satisfaction of the customer.

 

Opportunities and Responsibilities

· Possibilities to travel

· Ability to learn cutting edge technology

· Troubleshoot and repair broken and/or malfunctioning dairy equipment

· Complete and submit all required paperwork daily

· Must do emergency (on-call) service on a rotational schedule with other technicians

· Continuing education as needed

· Maintain a clean and well-kept uniform and vehicle

· Other duties as assigned

Qualifications (Skills Required)

· Interest in dairy technology

· Ability to use common repair tools and techniques

· Understanding of specialty tools and equipment necessary for troubleshooting and repairing dairy milking equipment

· Good customer relationship skills

· Ability to operate a forklift

Education/Experience (Preferred)

· Training available

Physical Requirements

· Ability to lift, handle, and move dairy equipment and hygiene supplies
