Reporting directly to the CTO, you’ll work closely with leadership, engineering, design, and the product team.**What you’ll do:*** Define and execute the product roadmap, clearly communicating priorities, timelines, risks, and trade-offs.* Own complex features from discovery and requirements definition through launch, adoption, and measurement.* Write PRDs and actionable specifications, turning individual customer requests into improvements that benefit the broader platform.* Integrate AI agents into user workflows, defining when they act independently, make suggestions, request approval, or stay silent.* Design interaction patterns for AI-assisted planning, specification writing, requirements analysis, and stakeholder communication.* Balance AI quality, reliability, latency, cost, and scalability when making product decisions.* Bring together input from engineering, design, customer success, sales, and marketing to guide priorities.* Cut scope thoughtfully and deliver measurable value with limited time or resources.**What we’re looking for:*** Strong experience in technology product management, with a background in ERP, CRM, supply chain, B2B marketplaces, accounting software, or similarly complex operational systems.* Experience shipping AI products or features, with clear ownership of decisions and measurable outcomes.* Practical understanding of LLM capabilities and limitations, context windows, prompts, APIs, agents, evaluation methods, and human-in-the-loop workflows.* Strong customer understanding and the ability to identify the underlying problem behind a feature request.* Experience leading products from ambiguous problems through discovery, delivery, launch, and measurement.* Technical fluency to read API documentation and write specifications engineers and AI agents can build from.* Hands-on experience with Jira, Linear, Notion, or similar tools.* Strong prioritization and product judgment, including knowing when AI is not the best solution.* Strong professional English and clear written and verbal communication.* Curiosity and initiative to test new AI tools, models, and ways of building products.**Nice to have:*** UX design experience.* Familiarity with agentic systems and multi-agent orchestration.* Experience building products independently with Claude Code or similar tools.* Experience at an early-stage startup with fewer than 50 employees.**Interested?** Apply through LinkedIn and submit your updated resume in English.
