Document patient care accurately using the tablet system. Collaborate with clinicians and operators to achieve outstanding clinical outcomes. Work full‑time, part‑time, or PRN shifts as needed (days, nights, weekends). Qualifications Active, unencumbered LPN/LVN license in the state of practice. Compact license must be transferred to the state of residence within 90 days. Current CPR certification with hands‑on component (Aveanna can assist after hire). TB skin test within the last 12 months. Six months of hands‑on nursing experience preferred but not required. Reliable transportation. Compliance with all health‑related requirements (vaccinations, testing) as required by Medicare and Medicaid funds.
