Sales Consultant Part-Time

Victra is Verizon's largest premium retailer. We seek Sales Consultants who deliver world‑class service to every guest. Responsibilities Achieve and exceed monthly sales goals. Work alongside peers and store leaders, learning and sharing ideas while serving customers and providing resolutions to issues. Be a passionate guest advocate and enjoy connecting with guests. Provide product benefits and solution recommendations through exceptional customer service. Build personal connections with guests to make technology simple. Foster a competitive drive and succeed in a fast‑paced sales environment. Assist with merchandising and operational functions. Qualifications High school diploma or GED. One or more years of customer service, preferably in a retail or sales environment. Willingness to work evenings, weekends, holidays, November through December, and/or during peak vacation periods. At least 18 years of age. Demonstrated experience communicating with customers to find solutions. Legally authorized to work in the United States. Physical Requirements Ability to lift 10 pounds. Ability to stand for long periods of time. Training Requirements All Sales Consultants must attend and complete a four‑day New Hire University (NHU) training program within 30 days of their official start date. This class may include overnight travel at the company's expense. Various online and computer‑based training will be required throughout your employment with Victra. Benefits & Compensation Average annual salary ranges from $40,000 to $64,000, combining a base hourly rate with uncapped commission.
