To apply, please visit our career site at Benefits:*Making NexGen Products - Cooling the World’s Ever Expanding Data Centers *Airconditioned work environment*Benefits start day one *401K match *First year, 4 weeks’ vacation (accrued)Work Schedule Fixed 4-day workweek (Monday–Thursday) 1st Shift: 5:00 AM – 3:30 PM 2nd Shift: 4:00 PM – 2:30 AM Overtime may be required based on business needs Key Responsibilities Leadership & Team Development Lead, coach, and develop a team of 15–25 employees, including team leads Foster a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement Provide clear direction, feedback, and performance management Support hiring, training, and workforce planning Operations Execution Oversee daily production to meet safety, quality, and delivery goals Maintain strong floor presence (~70%) to support teams and resolve issues Ensure adherence to standard work, policies, and procedures Monitor performance metrics and drive corrective actions Continuous Improvement Apply lean manufacturing principles (5S, standard work, flow) Lead root cause problem solving and implement sustainable solutions Maintain training matrices and build workforce capability Drive improvements in safety, quality, and productivity Safety & Quality Promote and enforce a strong safety culture Ensure compliance with all safety standards and procedures Support and reinforce quality standards and continuous improvement initiatives Administrative Manage time and attendance for production staff Utilize ERP system (Infor) and production data to support decision-making Maintain accurate records and reporting Qualifications Required 5+ years of manufacturing experience in a high-volume or mixed-model environment Direct supervisory experience leading production teams Strong leadership, coaching, and team development skills Experience in lean manufacturing environments Strong problem-solving and communication skills Ability to read and interpret technical specifications and mechanical drawings Preferred Bachelor’s degree in a related field Experience using ERP systems (Infor preferred) Key Competencies Leadership and people development (priority focus) Accountability and results orientation Problem-solving and decision-making Communication and collaboration SummaryLocation: Oklahoma City, OKType: Full time
