As a physician-owned center, we foster strong clinical collaboration to ensure exceptional surgical outcomes.Job SummaryThe OR Circulating Nurse provides nursing care and service during surgery cases. The RN will be responsible for positioning the patient, prepping the patient, and circulating the case. The ideal candidate will be experienced in the following surgical procedures in the following specialties: ophthalmology, orthopedics, otolaryngology, and gynecology.The ideal candidate will be focused on excellent customer service, have the ability to multitask, the ability to show flexibility in assignments, maintain scrupulous infection control standards, maintain professional competencies, and have the ability to work as part of an interdependent multidisciplinary team.QualificationsGraduate of an accredited RN School of NursingActive RN license in the stateBLS, ACLS, or PALS as required by the centerA minimum of 1 year experience working as a CirculatorAbility to make decisions based on nursing judgmentWhat We OfferAs a valued member of USPI, your health and well-being are important to us.
