Automotive Service Appointment Coordinator

Service Team Member OpportunityTitus-Will Ford is looking for a friendly, organized, and customer-focused individual to join our Service team. This position combines customer service, cashiering, appointment scheduling, and BDC support. You’ll help create a positive experience for our customers—from scheduling their service appointment to assisting them when they pick up their vehicle.Titus-Will has been a trusted, family-owned and operated business since 1938. Shifts are scheduled between 7:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m., Monday through Saturday.What We Offer$19.00–$23.00 per hour, depending on experiencePaid trainingMedical, dental, and vision insurance401(k) retirement savings plan eligibility after 90 daysSeven paid holidaysPaid Time Off earned at 1 hour for every 40 hours workedOpportunities for growth within the Titus-Will organizationAdditional benefit details available at Titus-Will Benefits InformationWhat You’ll DoGreet Service customers and provide friendly, professional assistanceSchedule, confirm, and follow up on service appointments by phone, online scheduling requests, and live chatAnswer incoming calls, respond to customer questions, and direct customers to the appropriate department or team memberFollow up with customers regarding scheduled and missed appointmentsAssist customers with maintenance recommendations and general service-related questionsProcess customer payments accurately and efficientlyReview invoices with customers and provide receipts and other paperworkCommunicate with Service Advisors and other team members to help ensure a smooth customer experienceMaintain accurate customer and appointment informationAssist with other administrative and customer service duties as neededWhat We’re Looking ForAutomotive BDC, call center, cashiering, or customer service experience is preferred, but not requiredExcellent verbal and written communication skillsA friendly, professional, and customer-focused approachStrong organizational skills and attention to detailAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentComfortable using computers, phone systems, and online scheduling toolsPunctual, reliable, and eager to learnValid driver’s license and an acceptable driving recordTitus-Will is a drug-free workplace and an equal opportunity employer.
