The AUTOMOTIVE SALES CONSULTANT IS VITALLY IMPORTANT The Sales Consultant is integral in setting the tone of our customers’ journey from the showroom to the road. Your ability to connect, guide, and highlight the exceptional quality of our vehicles directly impacts our brand reputation, creates memorable customer experiences, drives sales, and builds the trust our customers place in the Uftring Auto Group.

Our Sales Consultants earn between $60,000 and over $100,000 per year by following proven sales protocols. Key Responsibilities Match customers to vehicles that meet their needs. Build relationships with new and existing customers. Become a brand expert to make product recommendations. Conduct test drives and demonstrate vehicle features. Work collaboratively with the finance and service departments to ensure seamless customer experience. Qualities for Success Prior sales or customer service experiences are preferred. A friendly, positive attitude with a professional appearance. Strong interpersonal, time management, organizational, and communication skills are essential.
