Requirements
- Registered dental assistant / Certified dental assistant
Valid Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) license
Leadership skills and the ability to motivate and support staff

Job Description
Lead clinical operations, ensuring smooth and efficient patient flow
Assist the doctors with procedures, sterilization, and patient care
Oversee and support dental assistants and staff members
Maintain high standards of infection control and safety protocols
Educate patients on treatment plans and oral health
Ensure documentation and record-keeping are accurate and up-to-date
Support a positive, team-oriented work environment
